En el sol se reúne la memoria de los ancestros que, desde su cosmovisión, lo veneraron como astro rey y como Dios.
 
La obra surge de un poema:
 
¿Qué esconde el sol?
Vida y muerte, principio y fin,
señor de los astros del sistema,
representación de dioses,
dualidad entre el fuego
que quema y destruye
y el calor que germina
y conserva la existencia.
 
SOLAR MEMORY (OIL)
 
The sun holds the memory of the ancestors who, within their worldview, revered it as the King of Stars and as a God.
 
The work emerges from a poem:
 
What does the sun conceal?
Life and death, beginning and end,
lord of the stars in the solar system,
embodiment of gods,
duality between the fire
that burns and destroys
and the warmth that allows life to take root
and preserves existence.
