Writer and self-taught plastic artist. His parents, both were plastic artists, that is why from a very early age, he has participated in exhibitions and art fairs in Mexico and currently, in international events and anthologies in Venice, Rome, London, India, Palermo, Budapest, Madrid and Barcelona. This year, it received 3 important international awards for artistic merit: the Da Vinci International Prize based in Florence, the Caravaggio International Prize based in Milan and the International Prize Barcelona, which took place at the 4th International Art Biennial in that city. Spanish. Cecilia also participated in the virtual book fairs of Chile 2021 and Argentina 2022. She is the creator and director of the gallery and virtual bookstore "GLAMOR ART AND BOOKS", destined to promote the talent of artists and writers internationally. Currently, Cecilia Álvarez also teaches workshops for the development of psycho-emotional skills designed to reveal and promote talent, creativity and artistic expression.

 

Cecilia Álvarez studied Public Accounting and a Master's Degree in Education. She was a university professor and collaborator of the Educational Technology Research Institute of the Technological University of Mexico for more than 12 years; founder of the art workshop "KIDS ART", created with the intention of developing motor and psycho-emotional skills in children, where she was fortunate to work with children with disabilities.

Cecilia is also the founder of the art and print studio giclée "ART ON YOUR WALL" where he develops exclusive designs for decorating hotels, homes and businesses.

Recently, he published his first book titled: "THE INTERIOR OF CHILDREN THROUGH THE COLORS". A book aimed at parents, teachers and therapists.
