For NEW INCOME WRITERS 📚what are theydoing hisREGISTRATION PROCESS, andIt's important that🤯DO NOT SKIP STEPS:
1. Read in detail THE RULES OF THE CALLbecause in it they will findthe REGISTRATION FORM.
2.Fill theMATERIALS REGISTRATION FORMbefore theMarch, 15th
3. Wait for a confirmation email in the next 72 hoursand let us know if it is not received as there could be a shipping error.
4.They will be sent tos SELECTED WRITERS the PDF with the different PACKAGES and registration costs.As well as the 3 dates to carry them out.
5. Make the REGISTRATION payment, on the dates indicated in the REGISTRATION PACKAGE PDF.DO NOT WORRY about the 1st payment date,that can be flexible and be doneno later than March 15, the other two dates indicated in the PDF are UNREMOVABLE,because it is required to set aside their places and prepare printed and digital materials.
6. Send proof of paymentby email to:redglobalcreativa@gmail.computting as subject: NAME_REGISTRATION 2ND MEETING.
7.Wait for confirmation response. (it can take up to 72 hours, especially on non-business days).
8. If 72 hours have passed and you have received a confirmation response from us,NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY, so we can follow up on your registration.

Is it an essential requirementable to apply to have three published books, in the case of writers?
From a book you can participate, but from 3 books you receive the status of consolidated writer.
Should published writers bring books to the event?
It is not necessary, although it is recommended to do so. On the day of the event, a banner of each author of 60x160cm will remain for the 15 days with the information to purchase their book and with their contact information.
I would like to participate with a piece of writing. Is a book required to participate or can I participate with an unpublished, unpublished piece of work o?

Yes they can participate and they must fill out a single form with the name of the co-authors.

Can books in other languages participate?
Yeah.In San Miguel de Allende there is a large market to position books in other languages, since 13,000 of its inhabitants are of American and Canadian nationality, there are also European inhabitants.
Soma District, the venue for the event, is a place where most of the visitors are foreign residents and tourists.

How many books can I enter? (in the case of writers with published books)
From 1 to 3 books published, which will remain on display for15 days through a 60x160cm banner that will include a QR codeto direct to a personalized page in our virtual bookstore (for books registered before March 31)www.glamourartandbooks.store where you will have access to your career, review of your book(s) and purchase links.

If I participate with more than 1 books, does the cost vary?
In the PREMIUM PACKAGE face-to-face proposal you can participate with 1 and up to 3 books for the same cost, however, for the presentation you must choose one of them. The banner that will remain on display for the 15 days of the event will include up to three QR code (one for each book) with a link that will direct to a web page that will be created for each book, where the viewing public will know the review of the book, the author's trajectory and purchase links.
In the STANDARD PACKAGE face-to-face proposal, you can only participate with a single book and the book will not remain on display for 15 days, through the banner.
In the VIRTUAL proposal you can participate with 1 and up to 3 books but the cost varies. The banner that will remain on display for the 15 days of the event will include up to three QR code (one for each book) with a link that will direct to a web page that will be created for each book, where the public will know the review of the book, the author's trajectory and purchase links.
Don't worry, this information will be given to you in the informative zoom or in the proposal that will be sent to your email once the participation form is received, whichever comes first.
