Cecilia Álvarez es una artista plástica mexicana con un legado artístico familiar. Ha participado en exposiciones y ferias de arte en México y en diversos encuentros internacionales en ciudades como Venecia, Roma, Londres, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, Palermo, San Remo, Malta e India; y hacia finales de 2025 presentó parte de su obra en Dubái y Beijing.
 
En 2022 recibió tres importantes reconocimientos internacionales al mérito artístico: el Da Vinci International Prize en Florencia, el Caravaggio International Prize en Milán y el International Prize Barcelona, en el marco de la Bienal Internacional de Arte de Barcelona. En 2023 obtuvo el International Prize Pegasus en Venecia, lo que la llevó a formar parte de la publicación International Contemporary Celebrity Masters Vol. III. En 2024 fue invitada a participar en la antología europea The Best Contemporary Masters 2024.
 
Además de su labor artística, es autora del libro “El interior de los niños a través de los colores”, fundadora del estudio Arte en tu Pared, cofundadora y CEO de Red Global Creativa, y fundadora de Holistic ZENter, proyectos enfocados en la promoción del arte, la cultura y el bienestar integral.

Cecilia Álvarez is a Mexican visual artist with a family artistic legacy. She has participated in exhibitions and art fairs in Mexico as well as in various international events in cities such as Venice, Rome, London, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, Palermo, San Remo, Malta, and India; and toward the end of 2025 she presented part of her work in Dubai and Beijing.
 
In 2022, she received three important international awards for artistic merit: the Da Vinci International Prize in Florence, the Caravaggio International Prize in Milan, and the International Prize Barcelona, within the framework of the Barcelona International Art Biennial. In 2023, she was awarded the International Prize Pegasus in Venice, which led to her inclusion in the publication International Contemporary Celebrity Masters Vol. III.
