Estas pueden estar a la vista o entretejerse en la obra, invitando al espectador a conectar con las formas, los colores y los trazos, apropiándose de la pieza y encontrando en ella un motivo personal".

Artista plástica y gestora cultural con más de 30 años de trayectoria, Rosy Ayala ha consolidado una práctica que integra creación, docencia y compromiso social. Licenciada y Profesora en Artes Plásticas por la Escuela Rubén Herrera (UAdeC) y Maestra en Promoción y Desarrollo Cultural, su trabajo transita entre la pintura, la escultura y las técnicas mixtas, con una sólida formación multidisciplinaria.

Ha participado en más de 100 exposiciones colectivas en México e Italia, y cuenta con tres muestras individuales en Saltillo. En 2022 fue reconocida con el Premio Mujer Universitaria y fue organizadora de la Muestra Nacional de Arte Contemporáneo OCRA en Coahuila.

Desde 2015, su labor artística y pedagógica se enfoca en el empoderamiento femenino y la erradicación de la violencia de género a través del arte, colaborando con fundaciones y especialistas en desarrollo humano. Su obra y gestión cultural posicionan el arte como herramienta de transformación social y construcción de comunidad.

Visual artist and cultural manager with over 30 years of experience, Rosy Ayala has developed a practice that integrates artistic creation, teaching, and social commitment. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Teaching Degree in Fine Arts from the Rubén Herrera School of Arts (UAdeC) and a Master’s Degree in Cultural Promotion and Development. Her work moves between painting, sculpture, and mixed media, supported by strong multidisciplinary training. She has participated in more than 100 group exhibitions in Mexico and Italy and has held three solo exhibitions in Saltillo. In 2022, she received the University Woman Award and served as organizer of the National Contemporary Art Exhibition OCRA in Coahuila. Since 2015, her artistic and pedagogical work has focused on women’s empowerment and the eradication of gender-based violence through art, collaborating with foundations and specialists in human development. Her artistic and cultural management work positions art as a tool for social transformation and community building.
